He was born in South Africa and immigrated to New Zealand when he was 14 years old. Between 2001 and 2004 Joel trained as an Automotive Technician, and began working at Richmond Auto soon after completing his apprenticeship. As well as running the service team, Joel is a member of YES – a select group of auto diagnostics specialists in New Zealand. As part of his dedication to delivering highly accurate results for customers, Joel is constantly training and keeping up to date with the latest in vehicle technology.
